Frozen Paddler wants to give you the opportunity to do you own thing.
I must admit that some of my best trips were solo ventures. If you are
lacking some gear or the cash to obtain it, we rent an ever widening inventory
of toys to play with. Some equipment we will talk about, for instance,
we will not rent sea kayaks to people who can not self rescue. We will
go over how to light stoves, etc. What follows is a rambling list of what
is offered:

Sea Kayak rentals includes: paddle and spare, PFD, sprayskirt,
paddle float, bilge pump, two dry bags, sponge, car top carrier.
NOTE: Sea kayak rentals require previous paddling experience.
Before renting kayak equipment, you will be required to demonstrate
your experience by answering several safety related questions.

This list just scratches the surface of what we have available for rental
goodies. We have outerwear to head lamps to crampons to snow shovels to...............new
stuff keeps coming in.........we just might have it. It doesn't hurt to
call and ask.
The Nitty Gritty Of Equipment Rental
Reservations
We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve equipment with the balance due when
you pick it up.
Refunds
No refunds will be given due to weather conditions, equipment rented but
not used or equipment returned early. If you have a cancellation within
fourteen days before you are to pick the equipment up, you'll receive
a full refund. If you cancel with less than fourteen days notice, you
will receive a 50% refund. If you wait till less than fourty eight hours
to cancel, you will not receive a refund.
Security Deposit
You will be required to have a credit card for an equipment deposit. The
renter will be charged for repairs or replacement of damaged or lost equipment.
Late Fees
Equipment returned late will be charged the additional day rate for each
day the equipment is late.
Sea kayak rentals require previous paddling experience. Before
renting kayak equipment, you will be required to demonstrate your experience
